You play as 1 of lots of kingdoms in Europe and the Middle East circa 11th century and you try to lead your kingdom to greatness by way of conquest of your surrounding neighbors. Diplomacy does not play a enormous function in the game and could be one particular it is faults but the Total War series has in no way been recognized for it is intricate diplomacy systems. The goal is to construct your kingdom as perfect as you can, develop armies and invade. The gold pack also includes the Kingdoms expansion which is a should have as it consists of the fully updated game to 1.5 and introduces mini scenario maps which some history buffs may certainly enjoy.
